Your comment on their screwing with companies as large as CitiCorp or your phone company made me realize that THATS THE WHOLE POINT! If you pose as a little mom & pop company would be silly because they would have a lot less people that are connected to said company. Theres a better chance that you DO have a CitiCorp account than a Target or a Sears credit card. Not to mention, the @ssholes were talking about would get less skepticism if they pose as a large corporation. Like you said, you called the number without really thinking twice. If it was a local number, there wouldve been an instant red flag. I just got an interesting email from Stella Hubert as well saying that theres a delivery of an $800k check waiting to be delivered from FedEx (wouldnt that just be WONDERFUL!!??!?!?!? Damn, what an early Christmas gift that would be hehe... The only problem is the email came from... Mrs. Stella Hubert Email: fedexdelivery12137@yahoo.com.hk. My first red flag was the yahoo.com.hk telling me that the yahoo account is from HONG KONG. Red Flag #2 - Since when does a FedEx employee have a YAHOO email address and not a FEDEX email account? Red Flag #3 - The whole thing was in a Comic Font (unprofessional), and the person they had listed like this ...Mrs.Stella HubertDispatch Director.Monday-Friday: 0800-1800Saturday: 1000-1400(There was a FedEx pic at the bottom of this info, yet theres no telephone number to reach her (youd think theyd AT LEAST put 1-800-GO-FEDEX or something.)Im playing along right now, just to see how far theyre willing to go with this before I pull out some of my old hacking tricks from a while ago (before my future was more important than hacking into various companies just to see if I could do it or not). Once they STALL, Ive got enough information (IP addresses, Email adresses, The locationof the mail server theyre sending mail from (which ironically isnt an internet cafe or anything, its an actual server (which mean the morons are using their own personal accounts) which happen to be in NIGERIA) ... Long story short, (I know, TOO LATE), Ive got a scam similar to yours, but Ive got A LOT of ammunition to screw them royally ... I just havent decided if Im gonna report them or if Im gonna have a little fun & get back into hacking or not lol ... Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do after all this BullSh!t has come to a head? Should I screw w/ em or just report them (which doesnt do anything) ...?Feel free to email me @ FEDEXEMPLOYEE@YAHOO.COM.HK (JUST KIDDING!) ... email me @ caine1001@fuse.net and I promise Ill reply!

I also received a call from Robert Goffee on January 20, 2011. He did not identify what company he was calling from, and he was obviously calling from a cell phone. He said that he was opening up a new office and needed to staff it with individuals with a customer service background, and that he came across my resume and wanted to meet with me. I went ahead and agreed to meet with him and had my appointment today. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that this IS PRIMERICA and a TOTAL scam! I had attended one of these seminars from PRIMERICA last year - had I known this was the company he was calling on behalf of, I would have not attended. I usually throughly research a company when they contact me out of the blue... the time, gas, and drive I did today serves as a helpful reminder to me not to let this practice fall by the waste side.
